India, being a complex country with a wide geography and over a thousand statutes present a nightmare to a foreign investor and a domestic entrepreneur alike. Understanding the nitty gritties of various statutory and compliance provisions, regulations, notifications, circulars etc both at the central and state level can be a daunting task in India. While compliance with various statutes and regulations can ensure business protection and continuity, non compliance can mean exposing the organisation to various risks and can also lead to pre-mature closure in some cases.

With more than 12 years of experience in the industry, Satish is the knowledge nucleus at Floraison specifically in the compliance arena. He plays an imperative role as the Chief Compliances Advisor and guides clients and Floraison team members on various complex matters pertaining to Federal (Central) and state compliances. His astute knowledge of theoretical aspects of various statutes and regulations coupled with know how related to practical realities at various departmental levels helps client sail through the complex maze of ‘compliance’ activities.

Role @ Floraison: Siddappa is the Manager – Technical and Systems Administration at Floraison.

He is also an integral member of the Internal Governance team. He is in charge of the technical and systems admin matters at Floraison. A qualified engineer, the IT and systems environment in the company seems to be safe and secure under his watchful eyes and alert mind.

Thamanna plays a vital role in bringing about a paradigm change in the human resource aspect of a client’s business. She has been pivotal in formulating and pioneering various service offerings in the HR domain at Floraison to suit client needs.  Having done her Masters in Psychology, she comes with the right aptitude to understand the needs of an organization in terms of its people approach. Thamanna has more than sufficient experience and expertise in formulating and customising human resource policies and systems to suit the global and local needs of the client.

Accounting and Payroll computation are tasks, which are essential to a business organization and yet form its non-competitive segment. Accounting and payroll systems need to be properly designed and implemented right from the inception to meet the present and future needs of organisations. These are also mandatory under provisions of various laws. Similarly compliances management is a critical component of the internal control process for any business and a prerequisite for assessing corporate governance standards. Compliances Management is a specialized responsibility, which calls for an understanding of the regulatory framework and its impact on business.

As the Manager – Corporate Accounts, Pradeep heads a client servicing team which handles the accounting, payroll and compliances services for a large US based food architecture laboratory. He has been involved in working closely with the management of the company and has been able to streamline and regularise a lot of processes with regards to accounts, payroll and compliances for this client. He has been highly appreciated for his contributions. He is a professionally qualified chartered accountant.

As the Manager – Corporate Accounts, Nataraja heads one of the client servicing teams. His team handles the accounting, payroll, compliances and assurance services for some of our clients. He is the single point of contact (SPOC) between Floraison and its corporate clients with respect to many of Floraison clients. His meticulous planning and systematic approach to client needs have been his inherent strengths. He leads his team from the front and has been appreciated for his leadership skills. He is on the threshold of being a chartered accountant.
